We are looking for users of the following types of printer models: HP LaserJet CP4525 HP LaserJet CM4540 MFP Lexmark X792 Lexmark XS796 Ricoh MP C400 Ricoh MP C400SR Samsung CLX 8540ND Sharp MX C401 Sharp MX C381 Participants must use and have access to one of these specific printer models in order to participate. The format of the research study will be a 30-45 minute on-site interview during the month of September. These interviews will be conducted on-site wherever the printer is located. Please make sure you have the correct printer and permission to host this interview.
Those who participate in this study will be paid $150 cash at the end of the interview.
